Crossroads Urban Center Building Project
You are invited to attend a Special Congregational Meeting to consider and vote on financially supporting an
important community initiative—the Crossroads Urban Center Building Project. (*Informational packets are available in the back of St. John Hall)
This proposed project represents a meaningful opportunity for our church to support and strengthen the vital work of Crossroads Urban Center, an organization that provides food assistance, advocacy, and essential services to individuals and families in need throughout our community.
At this meeting, members will receive an overview of the project, presented by our Outreach Board, including its purpose, scope, and potential impact. There will also be time for questions, discussion, and thoughtful consideration before the official vote is taken.
As a church committed to outreach and compassion, this decision reflects our shared values and dedication to serving others. Your voice and participation are important as we discern this next step together.
We encourage all members to attend, stay informed, and take part in this
important moment in the life of our church.

Annual Meeting – June 7 following Worship
We are thrilled to announce that our annual meeting will be held on June 7, 2026. This event is a pivotal moment for our community, where we gather to reflect on our achievements, discuss upcoming initiatives, vote on our upcoming budget, and chart the course for the future.
Please add this to your calendar and plan to attend.
Your input is valued.

Bell Choir
We are excited to have a shared bell choir with All Saints. Rehearsals are held every Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:00pm. All are welcome to come ring with us! If you are interested in joining, let the church office know and we will put you in touch with Cynthia Gray, our director. Let’s come together this season to ring, learn, and connect. Your presence makes our community stronger!

Choir
We are so grateful for our choir! Choir rehearsals are on Thursdays, at 7:00 pm, and Sunday mornings at 9:30 am. If you are interested in singing with the choir, please let the office know and they will put you in touch with Devon Bettolo, our director.

Taizé
Join us in the Taizé services held on the first and third Sundays at 7pm. Many of us have enjoyed the beautiful, meditative music and worship the Taizé service provides. Haven’t tried Taizé yet? The new year is a wonderful time to begin—simple, beautiful, and deep.
Women's Breakfast!
Our Women's Breakfasts are casual and fun. We love to chat, and this is the perfect time to eat and just enjoy each other's company! Mark your calendars! We are thrilled to invite you to Women’s Breakfast, held the second Friday of each month at 9:00 am. We are meeting at the Délice Bakery and Café located at 2747 S. State Street.  This activity is a fantastic opportunity for us to come together, enjoy a delicious meal, and connect with one another. This is a regular monthly event, held on the second Friday of every month, so if you can’t make this month, we hope to catch you next month. Hope to see you at breakfast!

Men’s Breakfast Feeds the Soul
Men's Breakfast is usually held the first Wednesday of the month at 8:00 am, @Sharon’s Café in Holladay – Are you hungry yet? Like to meet some cool people who will make you laugh? Come have breakfast with a bunch of guys finding their way in the world. Conversations are always good and the food is always tasty. Not all are members of the church, but all of us are trying to live lives marked by grace. If you would like more information, talk with Pastor Doug or other guys from this motley crew. Sharon's Cafe is located at 2263 E Murray Holladay Road (which is approximately 4700 South).

Join Adult Education!
Rev. Doug Gray and Father Trace are working together to team teach the adult education class. All classes will be held in the conference room across from the FCC church office in the basement of All Saints. Join us each Sunday as Rev. Doug Gray and Father Trace teach a joint adult education study, beginning at 9:10am with both ASEC and FCC.

Friday Lunch Bunch
Each Friday at Noon!
Want to know more about the Bible? Come join us! We will meet, via Zoom, to explore how the Bible can change our lives. Our weekly Bible study sessions are open to all and provide an opportunity to explore the scriptures, discuss their relevance in our lives, and grow in faith together. We will meet via Zoom each week. Watch your weekly email for the Zoom link.
